The Future Of Our Organization!
Building a strong foundation of growth is important for young Soldiers. As Soldiers we live the Army Values and are there to help our fellow Soldiers. As Junior Enlisted you are the hard working, boot on the ground force. This is where you learn your technical jobs, taking initiative, and where you start being to be a leader.
Below you’ll find three different learning tracks; Self Leading, Team Leading, Organizational Leading. These tracks will guide you on how to prepare yourself for the next leadership challenge.
- In the Self Leading Track, you’ll find resources to help you learn more about the you and how to grow in the Army and the Nevada National Guard.
- In the Team Leading Track, you’ll find resources to help you understand and lead small team to success.
- Finally, in the Organizational Leading Track you’ll find resources to help you navigate and prepare for responsibilities at an organizational level. Being a leader doesn’t mean you have to hold a leadership position, you can be a leader regardless of rank or position.
